At MXM, every shirt is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, changes of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Sizing

Please review the size chart before placing your order. We recommend checking the measurements carefully to find your preferred fit.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may enter production quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
